Bed Availability
For accurate availability please call or email the venue, the online booking tool is updated every 24hrs.
Number of people per bed
The bed packages show the maximum number of people allowed per bed, if your group is of higher occupancy you will either require a bigger bed or more than one bed subject to availability.
Bottle Packages
The Bottle Packages are fixed, the bottles included cannot be exchanged for other drinks or other products.
All Inclusive Packages
Our All Inclusive packages are to be consumed only by those who have purchased the deal. Products may not be shared with other customers on the non inclusive deal. If this rule is broken we will terminate your package with no refund. The drinks will only be refilled once empty.
Pre-Payment
Beds booked in advance require a full pre payment which can be paid at the venue or over the telephone. please contact the venue for details.
Bed Allocation
Work in a first paid first served basis.
Pre-Paid reservation for beds until 4pm
Pre paid beds must be occupied before 4pm, if you have not arrived for your reservation before 4pm we will re-sell the bed and NO refund will be processed.
Minimum Spend
The minimum spend rule applies to tables & beds on our special event days.
Dress Code
We do not allow vulgar hen/stag party accessories at the venue.
Age Limit
We have a very strict over 18´s policy at our pool and surrounding area. Families are welcome to dine in the Restaurant but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Food & Drink
It is NOT permitted to bring any food or drink inside the property or to take any bottles/drinks outside of the property. Bottles may also not be kept for another day.
Opening Times
SOHO is open from 11am until 7pm (except for special events were specified)
Storage
SOHO does not store client´s items, bags or suitcases unless agreed prior to arrival. Any storage of client belongings is at the client´s own risk. We do not take responsibility for personal belongings.
Dogs
We do not allow dogs in or around the pool area. The restaurant will allow small well behaved dogs on a leash.
